Advertisement and appointment of a contractor for the compliance upgrade of provincial vehicle testing pitlanes and K53 tracks, ongoing maintenance there of and annual calibration of provincial vehicle testing stations in the free state province, for the department of community safety, roads and transport for a period of 36 months.
