Hire of Suitable office accommodation for the Department of Education: uThukela District office, Ladysmith, for the extent of 7156.25m² (5725m2 assignable, plus 1431.25m² (25%) non-assignable); plus 185 Undercover bays and 08 Disabled parking bays for a period of 09 Years and 11 months.
1. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of the tender are contained in the tender document. 2. Under no circumstances whatsoever may the bid document be re-typed or re-drafted and only bids submitted on the bid document issued By the Department will be accepted. 3. The Preference points system is applicable for this bid 90/10 where 10 Points of specific goals will be allocated as follows: Ownership by black People: 10 Points.
