For the provision of medical laboratory service for the phelophepha health care trains I and ii “on an as when and required basis” for a period of three (3) years.
Bidder must provide valid proof of current HPCSA registration, being an HPCSA registration certificate Bidder must have (Letter of Confirmation from South African national accreditation system or valid certificate from (SANAS)
