Full scope
Call for partnership with higher education institutions to perform various education, trainning and development functions with the national school of government for period of five (5) years.
Bids received after the deadline will not be taken into account and, if at all possible, will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bidders are required to send their bids in a sealed envelope or other cover that clearly displays their name, address, bid number, and closing date. One printed hard copy and one USB with a PDF copy of the hard copy saved on it must be submitted by bidders.
