Bids will be pre-evaluated on the following functionality criteria and bids that score less than 68 out of 85 points will be considered as non-responsive: Functionality criteria and weight: 1. Company (or JV) Experience (Street Cleaning OR Project Management OR Waste Management) carrying a weight of 30 points. 2. References Related to Street Cleaning OR Project Management OR Waste Management carrying a weight of 15 points. 3. Vehicle carrying a weight of 40 points.
