Terms of reference for prospective service provider to bid for provision of resources for arrangement and description of archival records in Qonce archives for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached, Fully completed and signed SBD4 must be attached, a false declaration will result in disqualification (par. 2.4 disclosure must align with subsection 2.4.1 and director‘s information on Central Supplier Database CSD) Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached The bidders must submit a fully costed proposal for a period of twenty-four (24) months at minimum, covering the scope of work and the deliverables.
