BIDDERS WHO SUBMIT THEIR PROPOSALS THROUGH COURIER SERVICES MUST ENSURE THAT THEIR PACKAGE IS CLEARLY LABELLED WITH THE COMPANIES NAME, CONTACT DETAILS AND EMAIL ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE PACKAGE SO THAT THE COURIER SERVICE DRIVER IS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE SUBMISSION REGISTER PROPERLY.
