Full scope
Formal tender: Td 05/10/2026: Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to conduct a human resource governance and policy review, update and align existing human resource policies and standard operating procedures, develop a human resource strategy, update the existing human resource plan, develop a change management policy and sop, provide implementation and knowledge transfer support.
The above formal tender will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of the 80/20 Preference Point System prescribed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (2022), and Oudtshoorn Municipality’s Supply Chain Management Policy.
