Appointment of a reputable service provider to render gardening and grounds maintenance services at the department of sport, recreation, arts and culture in eQonce for a period of thirty-six (36) months.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • Fully completed and signed SBD 1 must be attached. • Fully completed signed SBD 4 must be attached. A false declaration will result in disqualification. Paragraph 2.4 disclosure must align with subsection 2.4.1 and directors’ information on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). • Fully completed and signed SBD 6.1 must be attached. • The pricing schedule must be fully completed. • Bidder must not quote below the minimum wage amount.
